PWRD - Helping OUR Community

On April 8th, ten PWRD members joined NAMISA and
over 3000 walkers from "Nogales and Sierra Vista to St.
Johns and Havasu" for the second annual Arizona
NAMIWalks in Phoenix.  With a grand total of at least
$270,000 raised, the Arizona Walk was one of the most
successful fundraising walks in the country!  Eight PWRD
Members joined the post NAMIWalk celebration on May
12th at St. Mark's Presbyterian Church, and three of them
won raffle prizes!

Ten PWRD members attended and helped at the Long
Rangers 6th Annual Family Journey to Recovery and
Wellness on May 18th.  Kenneth, Sonia and Mel manned
the PWRD table and sold our famous jewelry.

PWRD will also be donating hand-crafted jewelry as a
raffle prize for the Recovery EXPO
in September. . .
